Thank you for shopping with Soluna. We want you to love your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during final sales or clearance events
  • Digital products (downloads, resources, or audio)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for sizing or product errors, depending on stock availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, we will provide store credit or a refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a provider/manufacturer error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Provider-Specific Policies

As Soluna works with third-party print providers (e.g., Printify), some returns may need to be handled directly through them. In such cases, we will guide you and provide contact details.

 

Third-Party & Supplier Fulfilled Products

 

 

Certain products offered by Soluna — including but not limited to jewelry, shoes, hats, coasters, candles, and other specialty items — may be shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. Because these products are not produced or fulfilled by our print-on-demand providers, their return and exchange policies may differ.

If you wish to return or exchange one of these items, please contact us at sacredsoluna@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate steps, including any required return address from the supplier. Please note that in some cases, the supplier’s policies may limit eligibility for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
