  • Order Processing
    All Soluna products are made-to-order and typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
    Orders ship via our production partners and standard delivery times vary by product type. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
  • International Shipping
    We ship worldwide. However, availability may vary depending on product type and region. Some products may be substituted with a similar style or marked unavailable if not supported by the local provider.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes once the package reaches its destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Gift Marking
    By law, Soluna cannot mark orders as gifts. All shipments must be declared as merchandise, including giveaways or promotional rewards.
  • Shipping Issues
    If your package arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us at sacredsoluna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
